How to rearrange a PDF

Drop a single PDF above and every page appears as a thumbnail in a grid. Drag a thumbnail to move that page anywhere in the document. Use the rotate control to turn a page 90° at a time until it reads the right way up, and the delete control to drop a blank scan, a duplicate, or a cover sheet you do not want. Nothing is committed while you work — the grid is a preview. When it looks right, press Download PDF and a new file is built to match exactly what is on screen.

The scanner problem this solves

Most reorganising work comes from scanning. A sheet-feed scanner picks up a page upside down; a phone scan of a bound book comes out rotated; a double-sided batch ends up interleaved with the reverse sides in the wrong order; a stray blank page slips in between sections. Fixing that in a full PDF editor means finding the right menu and typing page numbers. Here you are working with pictures of the actual pages, so you can see what you are doing and confirm the result before you save anything.

Quality is preserved

Reorganising copies pages across intact rather than re-rendering them, so text stays selectable, images keep their original resolution, and rotation is recorded as page metadata rather than by resampling the image. The output is essentially the same file with its pages in a different arrangement. And because the whole operation runs in your browser, the PDF is never uploaded — useful when you are tidying up a scanned passport, a signed contract or a set of certificates.

Frequently asked questions

How do I rotate a single page in a PDF?+

Add the PDF, hover the page you want in the thumbnail grid and use its rotate control. Each press turns that page 90° clockwise. Other pages are untouched. Press Download PDF when everything reads the right way up.

Can I delete pages from a PDF here?+

Yes. Use the delete control on any thumbnail to drop that page. It only affects the new file you download — your original PDF on disk is never modified.

Does reordering pages reduce quality?+

No. Pages are copied without re-encoding, so text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution. The file size stays roughly the same, minus any pages you deleted.

Can I organize pages from more than one PDF at once?+

This tool works on a single document. To combine pages from several PDFs into one arrangement, use the Merge PDF tool — it lays out every page from every file in one grid and lets you reorder, rotate and delete across all of them.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?+

No. Everything happens in your browser. The file never leaves your device, there is no account to create, and nothing is watermarked.
