The service
Folia provides free online utilities for working with files (compressing, converting and resizing PDFs and images, and preparing photos and signatures for forms), plus an optional personal journal. The tools are provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Form requirements are your responsibility
Folia’s form tools aim to match commonly published requirements (for example, photo dimensions and file-size limits for exam and government portals). These requirements change and vary by portal and notification. The figures shown in Folia are provided for convenience and may be out of date. You are responsible for confirming the exact requirements against the current official notification for your application. Folia is not liable for any application that is rejected.
Not affiliated with any authority
Folia is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, examination board, UIDAI, or recruitment portal. Names such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS and Aadhaar are used only to describe which form a tool helps with.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Folia for unlawful purposes or to process content you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service or its servers.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process. Folia claims no ownership over them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folia and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including rejected applications, lost data, or missed deadlines.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
