Signature resizer for forms
Crop, resize and compress a scanned signature to what most exam forms accept — 140×60 px, JPG, 10–20 KB. Done in your browser.
Signature requirements
Most exam and job application forms want a scanned signature around 4.0 × 2.0 cm (≈ 140 × 60 px), in JPG, between 10 KB and 20 KB. Sign with a black pen on plain white paper, scan or photograph it, and this tool crops to the ratio and lands the file inside the size range.
How to use it
Upload the scanned signature, drag and zoom to frame just the signature, tap Make my signature, then download. It runs entirely on your device.
These are the common SSC-type values (verified 2026-09-14) — some portals (e.g. UPSC) use a larger size. Always confirm the exact numbers on your official notification.
